Sued over web accessibility, or want to make sure you are not next?
We scan your storefront, fix the real WCAG issues in your code, and hand you dated evidence of the work. No overlay widget, no "instant compliance" claims, no hourly billing. Updated August 2026.
Sources, so you can check us: the 204 filings are our own count of nature-of-suit 446 dockets in S.D.N.Y., E.D.N.Y., C.D. Cal. and S.D. Fla., pulled from the public CourtListener API and read on 6 August 2026. The overlay share is UsableNet's published count (25% of filings in 2024; 22.6%, or 456 suits, in the first half of 2025). The $4,000 minimum is California Civil Code section 52(a), which applies where the Unruh Act is invoked. We are a technical vendor, not a law firm, and none of this is legal advice.
The honest version: most "accessibility" apps sell you an overlay widget that sits on top of your store. It does not fix the underlying code, and plaintiffs' firms treat it as a red flag rather than a defence. What actually reduces your exposure is finding the real WCAG failures, fixing them at the source, and keeping dated evidence you can show. That is all we do.
Any platform. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix or a custom build. The scan is the same everywhere because it runs in a real browser against your live pages. Only the repair work differs, and it is done in your stack.
How it works
1. Free scan. We run your storefront against WCAG 2.2 AA and send you the issue list in plain language: what fails, where, and what a demand letter would typically cite. No cost, no card, no call. The free scan is automated, and an automated engine only reaches a part of WCAG: the testing done by hand lives in the paid work below.
2. Fixed-fee remediation. If you want it handled, we fix the issues at the source and give you the full technical audit plus a dated accessibility statement as evidence of the work.
3. Optional monitoring. Theme and app updates quietly reintroduce issues, so we re-check on a schedule and keep your statement current.
Pricing
How paying works. There is no checkout on this page: nothing is bought or charged here. You get the free scan first, then a written quote for the work, and the terms are agreed with you before anything starts. The figures below are firm prices, not estimates. Send the form and we answer the same business day.

- Issues fixed at source, then re-tested to verify, by machine and by hand

Monitoring
- Monthly re-scan, reviewed by a person
- Regression alerts when an update breaks something
- Your statement kept current
- Cancel any time, no minimum term
For scale: California's Unruh Act sets a $4,000 statutory minimum per violation. The entire job costs less than one of them.
Every quote is fixed before any work starts, and it is priced to the issues actually found on your store. Market reference for the same work in 2026: audits $1,250 to $2,750, small-site remediation $1,000 to $5,000. Our automated scanner also sells separately on the Shopify App Store as AccessRadar (free, Pro $12/month). That is the software alone, with no human review and no repair work.
See the actual deliverable before you buy it: read a real audit we delivered in August 2026, with the client's name and URLs removed. Same generator, same numbers, same WCAG mapping your report would have.
And check us before you pay us: this page scores zero violations on axe-core 4.12.1, in light mode, in dark mode and on a 390px phone, against the same WCAG 2.2 AA ruleset we sell. Last checked 27 August 2026. Run it yourself with any free checker. We would not sell you this if we did not hold our own site to it.
Cleaning the catalog while we are in there (bulk alt text, product copy, photo cleanup) is priced separately by the batch: see store fixes.
