Vietnam is officially classified as Low risk (Reg. 2025/1093): simplified due diligence (Art. 13), with minimum checks on 1% of operators.
Low risk = simplified due diligence: you still must geolocate every plot and file the DDS, but without the full risk assessment.

What you'll be asked when importing Vietnam coffee
- Coordinates or polygons of EVERY origin plot
- Post-2020 no-deforestation evidence (the JRC maps count as proof)
- DDS filed in TRACES NT with its reference number
- Annex I HS codes: 0901 (coffee, incl. roasted & decaf)
