The short version
Answers does not collect, store or transmit your data outside of Atlassian. The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform (Runs on Atlassian): there are no external servers, no analytics, no third-party services and no data egress.
What the app processes
Questions, answers, votes, tags and accepted-answer markers are stored inside your own Confluence site as native Confluence content (custom content, pages and content properties). They are governed by your Confluence permissions and remain under your organisation's control. Uninstalling the app does not delete your content — it stays in Confluence, exportable at any time.
What we never see
Prometheus Agency has no access to your Confluence content, user data or usage. We receive no telemetry from the app.
GDPR
For the purposes of the GDPR, all content processed by Answers remains within Atlassian's infrastructure under your existing agreement with Atlassian. Prometheus Agency acts, at most, as a processor with no effective access to personal data.
